My life was going well. I couldn’t believe how well life turned out for me. My mate was having another child, our baby. I will be here every step of the way this time. I wasn’t there for the twins, but this time I will be present.

The joy in my heart was indescribable.

I was in my home office, going through files when something caught my attention. It was a letter from David, pending a reply. I opened it. It was a request. He wanted Charlotte freed from the prison she was in. He wanted her to serve her five-year sentence out of jail. A home arrest. I heard from the warden that he had been visiting her weekly, and they got along well. Could they fall for each other during their scheme to separate Love and me?
