Chapter 414. Shift Back

Apphia’s POV

The shifting was painful, but I pushed through. Nicholas was by my side, making it manageable. My wolf is a pretty one, too- so unusual but lovely. Ziora is lean and tall. We were stunned to see Nicholas’ lycan, Nico. He is very tall with powerful muscles and paws. His fur is midnight black, and it glistens under the moon. He’s majestic and sexy.

The two wolves play together under the moonlight while I take a back seat, watching everything through the eyes of Ziora. My girl, Zio, is in love with Nico. She is purring and licking him. No doubt the two of them want to mate; I can feel it- and smell it. I just shut out, putting a mental block between us, so I don’t see.

Hours later, we are back at the lake. It’s almost dawn. I’m back in control after Ziora was done mating with Nico. They did so many times!
