Chapter 110

Raphael’s POV

I woke up pretty early in the morning. I wanted to get ready early to go to the project site. I was dreading seeing Danielle. Not because I was afraid of her or anything but because I didn’t want things to be awkward between us. She told me things I'm sure nobody else knew. I wondered if she would remember.

After getting ready, I headed out of my hotel room. I got in the elevator to head downstairs. When I got downstairs, some of the team members were waiting for the rest of us to arrive. Danielle hadn’t come yet. I assumed she would have a headache or handover from the previous night.

I greeted the others and tried to make small talk with them. We waited for a few minutes before everybody arrived. Danielle kept on avoiding eye contact with me. She was probably embarrassed. That meant she remembered. She was still her usual self tho
