Chapter 128

Camilla’s POV

After hours of working, I finally had time to get some sleep, even though I knew it wouldn’t last for long. Just as I lay my head to sleep, I got a call. It was from Raphael. I hadn’t spoken to him in a while.

“Hey. How’ve you been?” He asked when I picked up.

“I’ve been stressed. I'm working too much and barely getting enough sleep.” I complained.

“Awnn. You're a real hard worker. This will all be over in a few weeks. I’ve been trying to reach you since last night. You must have been really busy.”

“Yeah. It’s a lot to do. I'm also working on a new campaign for when we start work back.” I said.

“Take it easy on yourself though. Don't overwork yourself. Get enough sleep.” He said. It melted my heart that I still had someone to care about m
