Camilla’s POV

After my dance with Raphael, he went back to take a seat. I moved around the room having conversations with different people. I got tired of saying thank you to all the congratulations I received.

I noticed Raphael, Skye, and Alexander going out of the hall. I was curious about what they were going to do but I just decided to focus on what I was doing. Maybe they were planning something.

The band was still playing background music while conversations were going on. My legs were already tired at this point from walking around. It was almost midnight at this point and the gala would soon be over.

Whispers were flying around that there was an ambulance and police cars around the venue. I also heard that there were officers in the building. Christian went outside to check on the situation.
