Chapter 151

Camilla’s POV

The police had gone to Isaiah’s house but he wasn’t there. We all saw that coming. He wasn’t going to stay in a place where he could be easily found. Some of his men were there and were taken in for questioning.

It was more than two hours and no progress had been made. My arm was hurting. My head and eyes were also hurting. My whole body was tired.

Martha had woken up and she could barely remember anything. She said the last thing she saw was a tattoo on the man’s arm before he knocked her out. She described the tattoo as much as she could remember it.

An anonymous tip came in later along with a picture. There was a black car found in the location where the vans were found two days before. It had been sitting there and had disappeared randomly. The person attached a picture of the car.
