Chapter 11

I got up early to watch the sunrise. We will drive back home around 10 and I’m excited to go back home too. I stood in the same spot as yesterday and I took out my phone ready to record the sunrise. I pressed record.

“I’m surprised to see you here.” I turned to see Ares joining me.

“I want to see the sunrise.” I said as I kept my phone steady. I looked straight to the horizon and saw a small point of light. I smiled seeing it.

“Have you recorded it?” He asked.

“Yes.” I said and he suddenly took over my phone. He gestured for me to walk to the front and he recorded me from behind. My eyes were glued to the sun slowly rising.

“Are you taking pictures too?” I asked.

“Pictures cost extra.”

“I’ll pay you with food later..” I said, sighing.

“Okay.” I stood there
