Jim Hearst said something into Tom Shackleford's ear that made him grin. Shackleford said something to Hearst who nodded back. He said to Celeste, "We have your answer. We are joining offices, and firms, which you are paying for, and it is going to be called "The Winners Association."

Celeste smiled and turned to Philip, "Write a check for $20 million to the Winners Association, as our retainer for the next year. I have a feeling our legal bills are going to be high, but our rewards are going to be greater. You will also have to write a check from your business account changing the winery to their legal tutelage, for the next year, here in the United States. I believe they will give you a discount."
