Chapter 82

Teo's POV

As I lay there, I knew I was dying. I was in the middle of nowhere, but I didn't expect anyone to save me either.

I let the thoughts of 'her' cloud my mind and numb the pain I was feeling.

I never meant to take her the way I did; I deserved to die. I had taken away her child.

I panicked when I saw the blood. At that point, I wished I could take back time, but it was impossible. She left me that day; yes, she was presently there, but mentally she was gone. I did everything I could to get her back; I thought I had destroyed her forever. Then she opened her mouth to speak, and she warned me that he was coming- he was the reason she spoke.

I didn't believe it yet, that he was coming. We were in the middle of nowhere, in a building I had owned by force. I doubted her because I didn't feel his presence yet, but the hope in her eyes. She came alive just by the thought that he was coming. I had never been this jealous in my life.
