Cara's POV

I would have almost sworn that this was Teo.

Could I be seeing things wrong?

I looked closer, and that's when I noticed the difference. The color of his hair was a lighter shade of brown, and his eyes—though they were blue—also seemed lighter. He looked way younger, but still as innocent as Teo once did.

They looked too alike, and again, I could feel the trembling.

It was like he noticed me looking. Rollins was speaking to the crowd, but I couldn't understand a thing of what he said because the Gamma's eyes were on me, soft eyes. I didn't know if I liked that kind of innocence anymore; I preferred Emmaline's sharp gaze. At least then I knew what to expect, but with those innocent looks, you just don't know what to expect, and finally he looked away.

I should have known; I was right; the title can only be passed down the blood line; this was Teo's brother.
