Chapter 42

Midnight had just clocked in Dubai and Jessica felt like it would be a great time to escape from Mrs. Samad's house. Jessica had been standing at a hidden angle while she peeped to see if the area was clear enough for her and her new friends to leave for good, she had been peeping for what seemed to be almost half an hour. 

"Jessica?" Mia, who had been standing next to her, called quietly.

"Shuuush!" Jessica said, putting a finger on her lips. 

"Let's turn back and forget about__," Laura was going to say but Jessica was quick to shut her up. 

"Quiet or we won't be able to escape from this place!" Jessica said, taking a few steps forwards as Laura and Mia tiptoed after her.

"Jessica, Mrs. Samad might catch us!" Mia said, afraid. 

"Shuush," Jessica said and they both nodded while following her lead slowly. 

"Hurry, let's hide because someone is coming this way!" Jessica said as they all ran towards the darker side of the room
