Chapter 117. Together and Forever

Michaël had his face against the bathroom door. It’s easy to say that love is fierce but it’s crucial to have a small chance of seducing the girl he is in love with.

Emma was categorical, she doesn’t like anyone, and no boy affects her even a little bit. That is the most painful thing here.

He may force his feelings on Emma, and he may hang on, but if she has no feelings for him, what’s the point of even trying ?

Even if he confesses to her how much he is in love with her, it will only cause a feeling of discomfort between them because it would not be reciprocal and their beautiful friendship will only be ruined.

He would rather be her friend than be forever deprived of her smile because he wanted more.

It hurts but what can he do about it ? He loves her but also respects her feelings and if she doesn’t love him, it would be very selfish of him to force her. 

He turned around before sliding down the door and starting to cry again.
