Chapter 124. Fabian and Carmen

The City of Central, 25 years ago.

Three people are sitting in the middle of a dump. The two girls, one of whom is 14 and the other 12, were performing songs they were listening to on an old radio that the 10-year-old boy had finished tinkering with to pick up the signal.

« Listen Sophie it’s Magda’s song the one that won all the awards this year… she’s too strong Magda and her songs are so touching »

“Not only but her voice is fabulous I never get tired of it”

The girls were ecstatic as the boy in his corner had his face, as her friends used to say, ice cold.

“ Fabian, what do you think of Magda ? »

The young boy looked up at the red-haired girl who had just spoken and just shrugged.

« She sings well «

« Only ? Fabian, are you sure you are not a robot ? What are these automata reactions ? A normal person would say.. oh she’s stunning, she has a beautiful voice… you see that kind of thing but you’re so cold it’s not cool”
