Chapter 94. Not the Same World

Michaël and I ended up getting up and having breakfast. I don't know what's been on his mind since the morning after our particular moment, but he has a smile that spreads across his face. He looks so happy and I find him extremely handsome and precious as well.

He has to stay that way forever and if it is thanks to me, so much the better.

“Emma after having our breakfast, I plan to take you for a walk in town before driving you home”.

He ended his sentence on a note of sadness and I too feel weird to leave him already. I must admit that it made me happy to find myself with him these last two days, to share his daily life and his bed, to live in his arms, and to take advantage of his attentions. I allowed myself to dream and hope for more but it is already time for me to wake up from this magnificent dream and experience reality.
