Megan woke up before Jack. She stretched out and actually felt properly rested and stronger than she did the first time. The towel was weighing on her head she took it off, wincing as some strands were caught in it.

She got off the bed without waking Jack, he needed as much sleep as he could get. Not only did he join the mission but he also drove for over eighteen hours. Twenty hours if you added the time he spent between her barfing and the hotel. He needed his sleep.

So she trudged into the restroom and took another shower but did not wash her hair this time around. When she came out she pulled out her duffel bag and changed everything she was wearing. Then she gathered their dirty laundry and decided to call the hotel reception to have them come pick it up.
