Duncan looked away – as he frustratedly run his fingers in his hair. He had never been like this – messy, bewildered, and lost.

However, his words had hit her like a ton of bricks.

‘I knew him… The leader of the Triad?’ Leila mentally inquired about that to herself.

And no matter how much she tried to rake her brains out about it, she couldn’t think of any.

Duncan let out a deep sigh.

“You shouldn’t marry him…” He said – full of pure resolve.

Leila shook her head harshly.

‘Is he trying not to tell me who the heck is the leader of the Triad?! Who is that masked man?!’ Leila eagerly thought.

“Who the heck is he?!” She asked once again – when she hadn’t heard any of Duncan’s answer.

This time, she couldn’t stop her hands
