Leila shook her head.
‘I have to go?’ She mentally repeated those words.
And then, what?
Let them get caught in her behalf?!
She wouldn’t let that happen.
And Hunter knew that she wouldn’t agree with his plan.
“And what? Leave you here?!” Leila spoke seriously.
She shook her head once again – ignoring the pairs of eyes that were looking at them.
“Stop talking in whisper…” Donovan said – this time, annoyed that he seemed not to be taken seriously.
“You both know that I am holding your dear life right now, yeah? So, stop annoying me and surrender…” He continued – as he said the words in between his gritting teeth.
For a short moment, Leila felt like she triumphantly made him irritated – and it was a bit fulfilling
