“Yes, because I need the money, and actually I’m being pressured too.” Alberto immediately reasoned that he was being pressured by Professor Vega.

Hearing this, Bonita’s eyes immediately bulged because she was very shocked. She really didn’t expect that Professor Vega would act so cruelly toward Alberto. She felt doubtful about Alberto’s words, which made her ask again. “Are you being pressured?”

“Yes.” Alberto nodded his head.

“What a pity, Alberto! I feel sorry to hear that.” Bonita immediately expressed her pity for Alberto.

“How come you feel sorry for Alberto? Not with me, Bonita?” Lorena immediately complained because she was annoyed with Bonita’s act.

“I feel pity for him because he is being very forcefully pushed by Professor Vega. So he must do that.” Bonita commented.

“But why didn’t you talk to me about that earlier, Alberto? Apparently, that’s an exc
