I’m laying in Theo’s arm’s and I’m completely floored by everything he’s just told me. My heart is screaming out in pain for him, he has suffered way too much in his lifetime. Way more than anyone should, and as much as I try, I can’t stop the tears from falling, they roll down my cheeks and land on Theo’s chest.

“Baby, why are you crying?” Theo quickly sits up, bringing me onto his lap as he leans against the headboard.

“I’m sorry I shouldn’t be the one crying here, it’s just everything you told me, God it’s so sad! How you got through all that I’ll never know. You’re so incredibly strong, Theo, but my heart breaks at everything... everyone you’ve lost.”

He looks at me so lovingly that any attempt at stopping the tears is long gone as they continue to fall onto his lap.
