Chapter 78

Thorn just laughed. "Damn. How did you become Cassia's brother? I mean, look at my wife. She's so adorable and loving, and then you... er, well, you know what I mean."

Cassiuz glared at Thorn. "I really want to kill you."

"Yeah, yeah."

After bickering, Thorn went inside again to get more beers, and then he went back to the terrace to drink with Cassiuz since he would never fall asleep anyway. It was creepy to sleep while someone was outside.

So Thorn and Cassiuz spent the night with beers, and the two even fell asleep on the terrace.

But when morning came, Cassiuz was nowhere to be found, and Thorn woke up feeling like someone was staring at him, and there was—his wife.

His wife was looking at him in confusion, and he knew why. I slept on the terrace, and bottles of beer are scattered on the floor. Fuck that oversized puppy. He didn't wake me up. I'll get him for this!
