Chapter 121. Dianna's Pregnancy
A soft tickling sound of the white, wall clock, Dianna woke up from a long sleep. She slightly opened her eyes, looking around at the entire room.
White ceiling, hospital bed and dress, saline bag, and beige vase filled tulips and white roses caught her attention.
Dianna sighed heavily, wondering what had happened. She rubbed her eyes and opened widely. Then she realized where she was at the moment.
“Uh, my head!” She frowned, trying to resist the pain.
Before she could do anything, the doctor suddenly went inside carrying the result of all the tests done earlier.
“Don’t move too quick, Ms. Sy,” said the doctor with worries drawn in her face. “Stay still for your sake.”
She looked at her stomach for a few seconds until Dianna met her gaze and frowned.
She said, “Why… why are you looking at my stomach? Do I have a contagious or serious illness?”
The doctor laughed and shook her head in disagreement.
