Chapter 64

Lukas saw his empty house during the night. He hadn’t been home for a few days, and his problems with his mother were still unresolved. Lukas assumed that when he returned home, he would be scolded by Cassa as usual.

“Mom, Dad, where are you?” Lukas asked, checking several rooms where he expected Cassa or Alano to be. However, there was no sign of their presence, leaving him feeling confused.

Lukas looked around carefully again, thinking that maybe he was the one who couldn’t find his parents. But it turned out there really was no one in the house.

“Where could they possibly be? How can their child come home and find no one at home?” Lukas asked in frustration, deciding to contact Alano.

Of course, Lukas couldn’t just contact his mother because he knew Cassa would be angry with him for coming home before their issues were resolved.

However, Lukas couldn’t be turned away so easily, so he went home and was surprised to find his parents absent.

“Hell
