Chapter 81

The sound of scattered objects inside Alano’s room could be heard, and Kate, who had just walked past her brother’s room, almost stumbled due to the surprising noise. She didn’t know what was happening inside, but it had been several days since the incident when Cassa revealed her secret, and Alano had not come out of his room.

With trembling hands, she tried to open the knob of her brother’s door, hoping that he was okay, although from what she heard, Alano was clearly not okay.

“Alan, are you okay? Open the door, don’t make me worry like this!” Kate exclaimed, attempting to enter several times, but the door remained locked, leading Kate to think negatively.

A mix of pity and annoyance overwhelmed her as she couldn’t console her brother. King Fande heard the sound of objects being thrown by Alano. The king was actually reluctant to see Alano like that because he considered him as his own child.
