I was the first to arrive at the table. Soon after, Jessie joined me. His appearance was enough to convince me of how hungry he was. “Hi,” He said, pulling out a seat.

“Hi, Jessie. Why do you look so hungry and worn out?”

While Jessie attempted to give me his reply, Isabel showed up in a red nightgown distracting us. Jessie and I watched her as she approached the dining table.

“Hi,” I briefly said and she smiled but kept her gaze on Jessie.
