"I feel quite nervous," I shifted on my feet as I stood by the doorway to the home of Theo, Kai and Oris' Mother "You kind of threw me in the deep end here,"

"It will be fine," Theo said as he squeezed my hand "You were bound to meet our Mother one day, why not today?"

As I looked back at the car, Kai and Oris sat inside and with a grin, Kai held two thumbs up. I snapped my eyes back to Theo "But I'm covered in someone else's blood, and I stink of dog,"

Theo chuckled "You need to relax Elsie," He squeezed my hand again "Mom's going to adore you, as much as I do,"

I took in a deep breath "Alright, but we say a quick hello, grab Gracie and then leave," I had it all planned out in my head, I would move so quickly that Theo's Mother wouldn't even know I'm there.

Perfect.

The door opened and there stood a woman, who
