Chapter 105. Emotions

"How could this have happened? When did it happen? Why would someone do this? How could they have done it?" Caden's questions tumbled out in a rush, his voice tinged with disbelief and confusion.

"My team is looking into the CCTV footage from outside the company to see if there's any evidence of someone tampering with the brakes before Mrs. Albertson picked up Miss Morgan." Pascal paused. "But we are sure, it was sabotage." He added and Caden ran his hand in his hair.

"Why, who is capable of doing this." He mulled looking worried.

It was hard to believe someone wanted Gladys dead and he couldn't possibly imagine Gladys had an enemy or could it be Natasha?

"Once we clear our guess that someone knowingly sabotaged the break, we could start by digging into Esther's friend or foes and Miss Morgan as well..." Pascal said.
