"Sadly, Elijah's gonna miss you," Gladys said walking out of the cottage to the compound as they walked to the car.
"He shouldn't be missing me, he should be looking after you instead," Caden said as they got closer to the car, and Gladys chuckled opening the backseat, putting Elijah who was babbling to himself inside the infant car seat. As she shut the door, she slid into the front seat and Caden shut the car door once she was in and walked to enter the driver's seat.
Caden started the car after hopping in the car and drove to the road.
"You don't have to see me off you know."
"It's weekend, I'm not busy." Gladys pointed out. "Besides who will return the car when you're gone."
"I can park it in a short-term private lot." He reminds pressing the horn.
