Chapter 158. Unknown Number

Jennifer’s POV

“Mom?”

“Mom? Is that you?” I was walking through the light and I could hear water drops everywhere.

I suddenly see the light in front of me in a room in which I couldn’t see but brightness.

“You did great, anak ko(my daughter)” I heard my mom’s voice coming from nowhere. I turned my head towards that voice and I saw a figure of a woman behind me but I couldn’t clearly see her face because of the light.

I started to walk further through her and even though I didn’t know if she was far from me or not.

After a while I started to hear someone coming again from behind me. I turned my head slowly and to that voice and saw another woman.

“Mom?”

“Is that you?”

“Come here,” she said and I started to walk towards her again. I couldn’t recognize her face.

“You did your best, princess. I’m so proud of you.”

“Mom? Aren’t you coming with me?”

“Mom?” I saw her slowly vanishing into thin air.
