Jennifer’s POV

I was brought back to reality when the car suddenly stopped and Bob turned off the engine. We already arrived at the diner. “Let’s go,” he said and excited the car. I did the same too and got an annoying look from Bob. I noticed that he was standing in front of the door and his hand lifted up to the door handle. “S-Sorry,” I mumbled with a sheepish smile.

He shook his head in amusement and he continued to move his hand to grab my hand and lead me into the diner. Once we got in we already Saw Lara and said ‘hi’ to her and sat down at our usual table.
