Jennifer’s POV

We both pulled away from the hug when I heard the narrator start to talk.

“Welcome… ladies and gentlemen for this year’s National here in New York in the category Archery,” the whole crowd started to applaud while I was getting more and more nervous and anxious.

I stared at the crowd and saw no one particular there that I knew. But I just saw a lot of people.

Who the fuck want to watch my performance? I mean do they want to be here to watch me to fall on their fucking faces for this entertainment?

They are not making this any easier for me now. Goddamn it! I’m sweating already.

“And now we have a very talented archery team here and we are very excited to see what they have to show us. Are you guys ready?” The narrator shouted and the crowd applauded once again.

“We and the judges are also very excited to see who is going to win this match!”

“With that being said, let’s start the roll,” the narrator announced.
