Chapter 170. We Did It!

Jennifer’s POV

After a few minutes, Samantha and I stood in front of our parents with our gowns and caps on while my hands were on her waistband and her hands were on mine too. My parents both came back to New York to join me on my special day. They didn’t want to miss this amazing memory of me walking up on the stage and getting the diploma for all of my hard work.

“Are you girls ready?” Samantha’s mom asked while looking at Samantha.

“No, but I think I don’t have a choice.” Samantha said and we all chuckled. “Argh, I don’t know why you’re all laughing. That wasn’t funny at all.” She added but in a serious face.

“Okay, let’s take some photos,” my dad said and pulled out his phone from his pocket. So did Samantha’s mom.

After taking many photos, Samantha and I drove to our school in my car while my parents and her parents drove in another car. Once we got to the school, we already saw many students with their parents going inside the school.
