Chapter 66. New Letter

Bob’s POV

It’s been a couple of months since we already got Jaime. Jennifer was still in the hospital. Doctor Meison has good news from us that they will wake her up as soon as her wound heals completely. There should be no risk of infection. He told me that a week ago and I was so excited to see Jennifer again.

I stayed in the warehouse for the past couple months. I didn’t sleep in the apartment because it felt so empty without her. We moved her to the warehouse after what happened because I know I can look at her.

I was on my way to see Jennifer when someone called my name from behind. I turned around and I saw Gerald who came walking towards me. “Hey, did he sing?” I asked.

“Yeah, he said you’re the only one he wants to talk to,” he said and I nodded.
