“You will get him next time. For now, you won the fight,” Mom pampered him, putting a smile on his face.

“I knew Allen wouldn’t last long with Cadell. The time I fought with that asshole, he couldn’t take me down. He’s lucky that the old sorceress came to his rescue otherwise…” Trent shared, running his thumb across his neck where he sat.

“Wait, when was that?” Derby asked curiously, and Trent gave her his response.

“The night I was caught and taken by the royal home.”

“Really? But the sorceress claimed Alpha Allen was the… Damn, they lied to us!” Derby groaned, getting mad.

“I hate them all!” She kicked the air, expressing her detest for the Alpha. “I can’t wait to expose their dirty secrets. This hunt is taking forever!”
