Kendra’s POV

The driver and I successfully put Johann on the bed. I saw him stretching his arms and shoulders while catching his breath. It was no joke seeing how tall Johann was compared to me and the driver.

I gave him some water, “Thank you, and I am really sorry for bothering you at this hour.”

He scratched his legs, first chugged the water then smiled at me, “It’s part of my job, Ma’am. Don’t worry. Just let me know if you need something else,” he politely responded.

I shook my head and gave him a tip, “No. You may go now.”

After locking the main door, I hurriedly went to the kitchen sink and vomited a lot.
