Chapter 22

In another place outside the hospital where Iman and Manar were, Uncle Saeed stood with Officer Maher exchanging conversations.

Saeed said, “Why didn’t you tell them that the girl was in a nursing home until Professor Mahmoud returned from Saudi Arabia?”

Officer Maher replied, “Have you forgotten the girls’ reaction when you told them that Rima should return to the nursing home? Then the girl Iman is in a coma and her sister is worried about her. How do I tell Manar now that Rima was placed in a nursing home? The girl could have a psychological crisis as well.”

Saeed, “But they will cause problems after they find out and will not believe any of us later.”

Their conversation was interrupted by Manar leaving the hospital and calling Ali Saeed, so the two of them went to her, the officer said, “Calm down, what happened?”

Manar said, “It is Iman. She has woken up and is calling Rima. She does not want to listen to me. She wants to get up and look for her.”<
