Chapter 34. I Just Want to Make You Worry

"Kitten, even though Elly treats you gently, she's not your mother. She's maybe like Maddy, both are your wrong feelings. Listen to me, do forget this feeling. When you are older you'll understand."

 "Yes." Kitten lowered his head and pouted unhappily. He will not tell his father that he felt very happy when hugged by Elly, it's completely different from that of Emily.

Alex thinks that he had explained it clearly, Kitten will not be mistaken anymore.

He took Kitten to a bakery and watched him ate two cakes deliciously.

They went home an hour later.

"Is Emily home?" Alex asked the maid.

Receiving the maid's answer, Alex simply thought that she was enjoying it, so he didn't care.

After washing Kitten by himself and put the baby to sleep, Alex handled several left important documents. He finished the work four hours later, it was past midnight. He planned to go downstairs to get a glass of wine and go back to his bedroom.
