Chapter 113. Requiem for a Hero
His transformed body was leaner, almost skeletal.
In the sky, the giant whale pierced and burned all over its body letting out a song, the foam covering the ground and swallowing the bodies.
Its skin became covered in bumps, like a giant grape, and each one broke away from its bodies, taking the form of smaller aquatic monsters, leaving the whale with a perfectly healed body.
Midgard, unable to withstand the damage she continued to receive, allowed her body to destroy itself and emerged from a thick black substance in her human form.
She fell to her knees, hands down, raising her head, looking at the monsters above them, and laughed lightly.
