Lucy's POV

I placed a call on my best friend, Caroline prior to Eric's request. We both had our own secrets, he asked me to meet him in his office because he had something to say, well I had something to show him.

“I really didn't want to tell him now. Perhaps I was just thinking of leaving the pack and raising my children over there?” I suggested, confused.

“What if school, don't tell me you want to change Academy again?” Caroline asked. “You wanna keep suffering in raising them all by yourself when you can obviously get help?”

“No babe, come to think about all these.” She stressed.

“I didn't want him to know so early.” I retorted.

“I know you're really angry at what he did to you but since he has pleaded with you to hear him first, I guess you should.”

“Hmm,” I sighed reluctantly.
