Chapter 104

Lucy's POV 

I resolve to find solace in my wolf but it seems like she has gone on a long, long journey. I don't know when she will return. My wolf refuses to speak up and comfort me, she has always been my consolation in depressing times, I don't know why things are different this time around. Things have greatly changed. 

"This is seriously serious!" Dad becomes the first to speak after the long silence. His statement would have been a cause for laughter if not for the issue at hand. It sounds funny but quite serious as he is saying. 

"What am I going to do now? While we were friends, he didn't know I was the one he's talking about, he vowed to kill me because he could never watch a woman rule over him and the entire kingdom." 

"You were friends?" Dad screams, in surprise. Mom's jaw drops, even Melinda. Everyone just got surprised as I mentioned that we were friends. 

"Relax, it's not what you think. I can say
