“Besides, the king did it personally, without including the board and no one except the king knows about this. Remember, I still owe his son a favor.” He explained.

She wasn’t still having it. “I still think this is too much risk dad.” She told her father.

“There is really nothing to worry about.” Her father said to her.

He was certain that nothing would happen. They spoke for a while and he left, returning to his base, while his daughter went back to the room.

She fiddled the necklace playfully as she went in. Eric saw her enter with it. “Is that a new necklace?” he asked her. She said yes, also telling him that her father got it for her.

He commended it that it was very beautiful but he wondered where he got the money from to buy it. He knew a luxury item when he saw one and that was definitely one.

She continued to play around with it as she looked at herself in the mirror.
