Ulysses' POV

“I’m sorry Ulysses, I can’t tell you about that.” 

My forehead creased. “Why?” 

“Your parents ask me not to tell you about her because they are afraid that you will remember everything and you will try to kill yourself again.” He said in a calm voice. 

“Did my parents know about Ellie?” I asked him. 

I’m a bit confused because when Ellie and I talk to them, they act as if they don’t know my story with Ellie. If Quen is saying now that my parents were the ones who ask him not to say anything to me, then they knew my relationship with Ellie during our college days. Why are they acting as if they are clueless about this thing? 

“They knew that you had a girl you like in the Philippines. But they don’t that the girl was Ellie. They did not ask for any details about her because their main concern was to keep the girl a secret to you.” 

I’m a bit satisfied knowing that my parents are not
