Chapter 36
I clamped my legs around his waist and wrapped my arms around his neck, feeling his muscles stiffen into stone. "Get down!"
He ordered succinctly, his breath just a little ruffled.
"I've already jumped up; no reason to go down. You just go; no need for you to help me."
"Go down."
He still ordered, only there was already some helplessness in his voice.
I did not say anything, just clenched the legs wrapped around his waist, and then tightened my arms, showing my determination by my actions.
"I said, get down." His tone had gotten a little gloomy and had the intention of trying to shake me off.
"I'm a patient."
"Don't move your head; my arm hurts."
"I'm having trouble breathing."
Triple whammy.
He didn't say anything else and walked forward as if resigned to his fate.
I snickered and lamented in my heart.
