I wave goodbye to the wonderful masseuse who’d been working her magic on my back only moments ago and make my driver and my guards head toward that useless Alpha Mark’s castle.

Being bothered by fucking idiots is not how I’d planned to spend my day. This is my spa day, the day when all the insignificant peasants clear out of the building so that they can sanitize the entire facility and ready it for my weekly treatments.

They even give it a lovely scent of lavender just before I arrive. It really is an exceptional place.

I’ve thought about just transforming a wing of the castle into a spa, but an important part of the spa experience is getting away from it all and traveling to this lovely resort setting in the woods.
