Chapter 22. Let’s Make a Baby!

Ethan gave me a small smile as we entered the dance floor. I placed my hands on Ethan’s shoulder while he placed his on my hip. I swayed back and forth slightly, feeling relaxed. Ethan kept one hand on my hip and put his other one under my chin so that we could dance together.

The music slowly got louder and more intense. It wasn’t long before Ethan and I were dancing together and moving our bodies in sync. I felt so comfortable around Ethan that I forgot all about my worries and started to dance with him. I moved my body to the rhythm of the music, and then I caught Ethan watching me intensely.

“What’s wrong?” I asked him.

“Nothing. Let’s continue to dance.” Ethan said as he pulled me closer to him.

I put my head on Ethan’s chest and listened to the beating of his heart.

“How many years did you plan for us to get together?” Ethan asked me.

“I don’t know. I haven’t thought about that yet.” I replied.
