Chapter 103. To Tempt Her

Izabella silently watched every movement of her husband's hand in front of the spacecraft machine as he fiddled with the button, diagnostics ran, and the engine started. "You need to run a diagnostic before you run the machine so you have no trouble along the way," explained Prince Dreksil, who faced his wife. "Just like that?" She asked. 

He chuckled," Yes. It is easy, but once it malfunctions, it's a headache, so you have to test some main gears or the parts that connect to the engine. Then he extended his arms to pull her closer and lifted her to sit on his lap. 

"Tell me why you want to know how to pilot this machine?' 

Her right brow lifted as she returned his gaze," Isn't that a standard operating procedure since I'm not from here?" 

"Are you saying you wish to go back to Earth?" 

"I'm not going to deny that, but someday. I'm not in a hurry. But many nearby planets could attack you any day, just like what happened to the Grisean.
