Chapter 33. What If I Am?

As time passed, Alpha Angelov suddenly felt stupid for some reason.

He felt stupid for the fact that he was just standing there, doing nothing. Milena had chosen that damn guy Joshua and followed him. And he was just there… like a puppy waiting for its owner to come back.

What he couldn’t explain was the pain he felt inside, especially in his chest. Was he having heart problems? As far as he knew, he was perfectly healthy! But what happened earlier made him question that.

He didn’t know how long he had been standing where Milena left him. He was just staring into space, his mind suddenly filled with thoughts of Milena and that guy together. He was curious as hell about what they were doing. It was obvious that the guy had a thing for his wife! And it wasn’t impossible that he had already made a move on her.
