Chapter 60. Run After Run
I cannot help but blame myself for realizing everything too late. If I had just trusted my instincts and not come here to our kingdom to check if Irish was really here, this would not have happened. But I got too carried away with the idea that Irish is here. I forgot about the wolves' abilities to change form. Damn! I forgot that they can mimic and pretend to be someone else.
And now, all we can do is keep running, desperately trying to save ourselves. The guards, who were once loyal to me, are now hot on our heels, determined to eliminate us.
