Emily’s pov

"You've got to be kidding me, right?" I retort, slamming my hands on the table. My mother flinches at the noise.

David and Minnie ushered me into the home office for a more private conversation.

"Do you realize what Nina has done?" I inquire angrily. "The lives she's taken from our wolf pack?"

I look at my parents, unable to comprehend why they want Nina here with us. I huff and start pacing back and forth. I'm irritated, extremely furious. Lily growls inside me, and all her frustration transfers to me.

"She's still your sister, Emily," David speaks up, and I roll my eyes.
