At night, Lilah Hart’s phone suddenly buzzed with a call from Lydia Mason.

She was chilling at a beachside restaurant at the resort. The place was lively—some foreign guests were pulling off all sorts of cool stunts, tourists were sipping drinks under the night breeze from the ocean.
