Alvira! Come on, wake up!” Rygan panicked as he shook her unconscious frame. Elise stood atop the steps and watched in horror at the situation.

There was no coming back from this, especially since the servants believed that she was the one who pushed her. And worse, she was bleeding out and unconscious on the floor.

Rygan quickly picked the petite female’s frame up, and he gave one last look to Elise, who tried her hardest to send a message down the bond: I didn’t do it, I did not push her, Rygan, you have to believe me

Rygan’s distraught face had calmed as he read Elise’s features, seeing the desperation and truth in them. He rushes up the mansion stairs in fast strides with Alvira in his arms. “Get the healers now!” He called the servants who watched.

The servants immediately called for Vienna and an older healer from the Beddor clan, who, in a few minutes, were already at the moon house; the guest room was vacant and ready for Alvira to be attended to.
